How do I change my password?
To change your password, log in to your resident portal. Just below the banners, next to Logout you will see your display name. Please click on your display name as it will take you to Manage Profile. Then click on Manage Password. Your new password: Can be a mixture of letters, numbers, and punctuation and must be at least 6 characters. The password is case sensitive - passwords must be entered exactly, so if you use capital letters in creating your new password, you must use them whenever you use the new password to log in (e.g. "miami115" vs "MIAMI115"). We recommend you do not use common words or names that could easily be guessed by someone else.
Can I change my username?
Unfortunately not. Once you are assigned a username and your account is active, your username cannot be changed.
What if I forget my username?
If you forget your username, kindly contact the Residential Office and they can send you a user/password reminder.
If my username is locked, how do I unlock it?

Be ready to provide: unit number, first name, last name, and username; after the information provided has been verified, we will notify you about your account being unlocked via the same email address you used to register.
