About Heron Bay

Heron Bay is a highly esteemed community, boasting over 3,025 homes and a population of more than 10,000 residents. Our area features stunning views and an extensive network of walking trails, complemented by modern gymnasiums and top-notch amenities.

For the convenience of our residents, we provide two heated pools, complete with sauna and steam room facilities for relaxation. The playground offers a wealth of entertainment for children, while tennis and pickleball enthusiasts will appreciate our 12 clay courts, 1 hard court, and 6 brand-new pickleball courts.

Exciting developments have recently been completed to further Elevate our community’s facilities. In 2025, we opened a brand-new waterpark at the Plaza Del Lago Clubhouse, bringing a fun and refreshing experience to our youngest residents. We’ve also enhanced the interiors of both The Commons and Plaza Del Lago Clubhouses, delivering beautifully upgraded spaces for relaxation, fitness, and community events.

At the traffic circle, take the 1st exit onto Osprey Trail - the Clubhouse will be on your right side.

From Florida Turnpike: Take exit 71 for FL-869 (Sawgrass Expy) toward Coral Springs. Take exit 14 for Coral Ridge Drive, follow the signs for Parkland and proceed onto Coral Ridge Drive - continue onto Nob Hill Road. Turn left at Heron Bay Blvd N. and proceed to guard gate.
