DAILY FREE DVD EXERCISE CLASSES
SCHEDULED MONDAY - FRIDAY DAILY
Located in the Town Center Ballrooms at 8:30am (Monday - Friday) *Bring a mat and a towel (and hand weights if pertinent) 
Monday - 5 mile walking class
Tuesday - Belly blasting, 4 mile walking and floor exercise
Wednesday - walking with bands (bring bands)
Thursday - 1st Thursday of the month is Jazzercise, other Thursdays are Walking to the Hits
Friday - 3 mile walking class with weights

The video exercise class is open to all VeronaWalk residents and there is no charge for the class. In order to better communicate, we would like to populate a list of residents who participate in our weekday Video Exercise Group, 8:30 am - 9:15 am, scheduled in the Pompei and Tuscany Rooms. CLICK HERE to give us your email address and phone number (optional).
