TROPICAL STORM means winds from 39 to 73 miles per hour, For your safety please listen to the radio or TV reports for further information.

Proposed ACB Guidelines

The Architectural Control Board (ACB) has been working diligently to revise the ACB guidelines to better reflect the needs of the community and to comply with recent changes to Florida law. The Board of Directors is planning to vote to approve the Guidelines at the October BOD meeting.
