Purpose: To meet at least monthly to enjoy the company of other fun-loving friends and neighbors sharing in the performance aspects of karaoke.
Membership: Membership shall be open to all residents of Trilogy.
Officers of the Club:

Meetings: Regular meetings shall be held quarterly. Special meetings may be called with the approval of all officers of the club.
Quorum: 5 Members must be present to conduct business in the name of the group.
Bylaws: Bylaws may be amended by a 2/3 majority vote of the members in a meeting.
All members shall receive advanced notice of the proposed amendment at least five days before the meeting.
Dues: Initially there will be no dues, but this policy is subject to change by membership vote.
Donations: In lieu of dues, donations are encouraged to enable TKC to pay for the KJ.
Schedule: Karaoke shall be held on the 2nd Sunday of each month from 5-9pm. This is subject to change.
Elections: Officers shall serve for two years. If the office of president is vacated, the Vice President shall assume the duties of the president for the remainder of the term. Vacancies in any other office shall be filled by temporary appointment or be special election.
Duties of Officers:
President: Preside at meetings. Vote ONLY in case of a tie. Represent the club.
Vice President: Preside in the absence of the president.
Secretary: Record the minutes of all meetings. Keep a file of club’s records. Maintain a current membership roster. Issue notice of Business Meetings. Conduct correspondence of the club.
Treasurer: Receive all funds and process requests for payment. Keep Itemized account of all receipts and expenditures.
Event Coordinator: Plan all special events.
