Trilogy SHP Bed Delivery Club
We are one of the many clubs in Trilogy, that are focused on giving back to our local communities. We volunteer for a National Charity called “Sleep in Heavenly Peace”. (SHP) (SHPBEDS.COM)
their motto is “No Child Sleeps on the Floor in Our Town”
SHP builds wooden beds, buys mattresses and bedding with funding from businesses, churches and individuals. Our club provides some of the labor to deliver and assemble the beds in the children’s home giving them a safe place to rest and sleep. Unfortunately there are many children sleeping on the floor in our local communities.
We started our club in December 2022 and have delivered over 600 Beds since then to children in need. Currently we deliver beds on weekdays typically between 8am and noon.
We meet the 3rd Tuesday of every month at 2:30 PM in Emma’s Kitchen.
You’re welcome to come to a meeting to check us out and/or attend a delivery to see us in action.
You can donate bedding (twin size bedding in a bag) and/or money to build a bed ($25/month for 12 months) buys a bed. Attend a local Bed Build event and see how we construct the beds we deliver.
