January Fitness Update

Another great January Week #2 with an average of 187.6 members utilizing classes everyday Monday through Friday!  Way to Go Trilogy.  Please encourage your neighbors and friends to get healthy and stay healthy in 2026. We’ve been seeing a lot of friendly familiar faces and welcoming many new friends to our program.

We have many many members who are constantly improving.

Do you know Susie Fledell??? Ask Susie about her recent Bone Density test.  At the healthy age of 81, she has healthy, youthful, normal bone density!!  Way to go Susie and all of our members who love an active lifestyle

 

A Few reminders….
• Classes are “Your Pace, Your Level” our instructors are happy to offer options and modifications for you.
• Please sign up for classes in Club Automation.  Classes open at midnight three days before the scheduled day.
• Space is first come, first serve. There are no “spots”. Let’s remember to be inclusive to all our members.
• Have fun, meet new people and strengthen your relationships you already have with kindness.

 

MOVEMENT STUIOD CLEANING Wednesday, January 21…
Wednesday, January 21 our Movement Studio will undergo a deep cleaning and refreshing thanks to Kelly Smy and our fantastic maintenance staff. 
  All Movement Studio classes will be held in the Event Center.

 

8 - Week WELLNESS CHALLENGE begins Tuesday, January 27
We are thrilled to kick off another Wellness Challenge with our fantastic Rosie Lemons. This 8-week program will get your health into gear focusing in on Nutrition, Accountability, Staying on Task and working together to help you achieve your 2026 Health Goals. Sessions will meet Tuesday’s at 12:30pm in Explorations beginning January 27.
Registration is open now!  Sign up and pay at the Concierge Desk.

Cost:
$125 for Returning Connect members.
$175 for NEW Connect Members.

WINTER AQUA FITNESS INFORMATION

We plant to always hold our Amazing Aqua Classes. For those cooler days we have an Aqua Fitness system set in place.  Aqua takes place all year long.  If you are more of a “polar bear”, many members have purchases wet suit tops.  This greatly helps when the air temperature is a bit chilly or windy.

If the outside air temperature AT THE START TIME OF CLASS is the following....
 • 60 degrees and higher join us at the Outdoor Pool
 • 59 - 51 degrees we will hold class at the Indoor Pool
 • 50 degrees and below we will cancel class.
