This summer has been a blast! πŸŽ‰ Our members have been consistent with their exercise and have done a fantastic job registering for classes — and just as important, removing themselves when they can’t attend. Way to go, Trilogy!

As more members return this fall, please continue this great habit:

• Remove yourself from a class as soon as you know you can’t attend. This Opens a spot for other members who want to join.

• Remember…. If you are on the Wait List without having confirmation you are IN and show up for class anyway, it does not guarantee you are IN. Please verify with the Instructor first that you are good to go.

πŸ’‘ Pro Tip: If your first-choice class is full, try one of the many other fun and challenging class options we offer! 

 

Insurance Provider Benefits

Just a reminder — to maximize your insurance benefits, check in at least 10 different days per month. We encourage everyone to aim for 12 days per month!

• Silver Sneakers Members:
Be sure to check in on the Tivity Health Tablets 10–12 times per month to stay active and keep your benefits in good standing.
