Dear Residents of Cascades of Groveland,
Cascades of Groveland thrives because of our engaged and vibrant community, and The Grille stands as a cornerstone of our social life. To ensure our restaurant consistently delivers the exceptional dining experience and financial performance we all expect, the Board of Directors, working with the Finance Committee, is excited to announce the formation of a crucial new initiative: The Food and Beverage Oversight Task Force.
This isn´t a long-term committee; it´s a temporary task force with a vital, specific mission. We´ve engaged our Property Management Company to perform a comprehensive evaluation of The Grille and our catering services. This Task Force will play a pivotal role by overseeing this critical evaluation process. You´ll analyze data, review findings presented by the Property Management Company, and ultimately help shape the future of our dining experience.
What will the Task Force do?
● Oversee the Evaluation: You´ll thoroughly review and understand the methodology, scope, and progress of the evaluation being performed by the Property Management Company for The Grille and catering services.
● Analyze Performance: Dive into the data collected and findings presented by the Property Management Company within their evaluation.
● Shape Recommendations: Your insights will be crucial in monitoring the integrity and objectivity of the evaluation process.
● Present to the Community: Review and provide input to the final Property Management Company´s presentation of its findings and recommendations to the Finance Committee, the Board of Directors, and the Community.
Who are we looking for?
We´re seeking 3 to 5 dedicated residents who are passionate about The Grille/Catering Services and eager to contribute their skills. While experience in food and beverage operations, restaurant management, hospitality, business analysis, or finance is a plus, it´s not strictly required. What truly matters is your commitment, analytical mindset, and desire to ensure The Grille continues to be a highlight of our community.
This Task Force will meet as frequently as needed during the evaluation period and is expected to disband once its mission is complete - that is, after the final recommendations have been presented to the community. However, there is a possibility that the Task Force could be asked to remain to oversee the implementation of those recommendations, should the Finance Committee deem it beneficial, and the Board approves.
This is a unique opportunity to make a tangible and lasting impact on our beloved amenities in Cascades of Groveland. Your expertise and dedication will be invaluable.
Ready to make a difference?
If you are interested in joining The Food and Beverage Oversight Task Force, please submit a Committee/Task Force Application Form with a brief expression of interest outlining any relevant experience or why you´d like to contribute, to John Nitsche, Board Director, at jnitschehoa@gmail.com by Friday, June 20th.
We look forward to hearing from you and working together to enhance our community´s dining experience!
Sincerely,
The Board of Directors of Cascades of Groveland
