Built in 2001 and designed by the world-renowned Arquitectonica, the 399-unit Waverly South Beach encompasses two interconnected towers of 29 and 35 stories with each unit ranging from 800 to1384 square feet. Its distinctive wave-like architectural elements illuminate at night at the top of each tower, making the Waverly a definite stand out and highlight to the South Beach district.

Waverly South Beach’s amenities include 24-hour security and valet services, a resort-style, lagoon pool outlined by tropical palms right on the water’s edge, with separate adult’s and children’s pools, the serenity of an exotic Feng Shui garden with lush, green foliage and waterfalls, tennis courts, bay front sand volleyball court, fitness center, spa, spinning and yoga classes, a café and convenience store, party room, billiards, and business center.
