Trash chutes must never be used for the disposal of boxes or packing materials. Boxes must be flattened and placed in the trash bins or dumpster located in the receiving area. Please contact your Management Office for any questions.
Move In / Move Outs |
Insurance Requirements It is required that residents contract with companies who are fully bonded, licensed, insured and can provide adequate supervision as residents will be responsible for any damage hired movers cause. A Certificate of Insurance (COI) must be provided to the management office at least 72 hours prior to the move. For a sample COI, please contact your Management Office.
Residence Improvements |
Unit Construction and Remodeling Prior to commencing any improvements, modifications, alterations or changes to the Unit, or the Limited Common Elements, of the Condominium Property, you will need written consent via the Management Office from your Board of Directors plus all required governmental approvals and permits.
