Villas By The Sea is a lovely project on the beach and surrounding El Prado Park in Lauderdale-by-the-Sea. The complex consists of 4 buildings, two on the beach and the other two on the west side of El Mar Drive. The project was constructed in two phases, the first in 2008 and the second was completed in 2016. Every unit in the beachfront buildings is a pass through with ocean views, while the west buildings offer several different floor plans surrounding a courtyard atrium.
