Visitor Parking Passes

General Rules:

• Each residence is entitled to 10 visitor passes every 30 days.
• Passes may be issued by the Rover (786)832-2082 (1 Night MAX) or by the Office (786)536-7350 (10 Night MAX).
• Passes are not given to cars that are not operational or have an infraction.
• Pass must be clearly visible on the car’s dashboard, ensuring that all information is readable from outside.

Rental Parking – North

Available for residents of Bonterra North only (Owners & Tenants).

Fee: $90 per month per car.

Requirements:

• Car must be registered to a Bonterra address.

Application Process:

• Resident applies by email.
• Application must be signed by the Property Manager or Administrative Assistant.

Payment:

• Owners: Can be billed through the HOA account.
• Tenants: Must come to the office monthly to pay by check or card.

Violation Enforcement

Violation of these rules will result in warning stickers, possible booting, or towing.
