ASSOCIATION MANAGEMENT

KW Property Management & Consulting (“KW,” “Management,” or “Property Manager”) has been retained by your Association to oversee day-to-day operations. The following will help give you a brief outline of some of the services the KW team provides.

The duties of KW Property Management & ConsultingSM include the responsibility for accounts payable, accounts receivable and maintaining the financial records.  Management supervises contractors that work for the Association.  Management assists the Board of Directors with enforcement of the provisions of the Homeowner's Documents and with the general overall administration of the policies established by your Board of Directors. 

 

Your Association also hires third-party contractors to service and maintain the Association’ common property.  Guided by contracts, your operating budget and your Board of Directors, KW Property Management & ConsultingSM gives these contractors direction and supervision.

 

Your Property Manager will be on-site Monday through Friday to oversee the day-to-day operations of our community and can be reached during office hours of 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.  The front desk-office line 954-564-6039 is available Monday through Friday from 9:00am to 5:00pm.

 

Our Maintenance Supervisor is Jorge Monasterio, he can be reached via email at jmonasterio@kwpmc.com or through the front desk line. Please note KWPMC staff members are not permitted to enter the units, except in the case of a real emergency.

 

We have a great Security team covering the night shift as well as the Sunday and Monday day shifts. They can be reached at the security hotline: 786-910-3739, from 5:00pm through 9:00am Monday through Friday and 24 hours on Saturday and Sunday.
