We’re bringing back the fun just like last year! Chef Bob is preparing a fantastic dinner menu for you to enjoy before a night of dancing. The Grille will be open until 4:00pm on New Years Eve! It will then close to get ready for the night. Here’s some of the options we have for you that night:
Ticket Options:

$100 Dinner Ticket — Includes dinner, casino games, champagne toast at midnight, and reserved seating.

$60 Non-Dinner Ticket — Includes everything except dinner. Thanks to your survey feedback, we wanted to make sure everyone has an option that fits their plans!
Reserved Seating:
All seats will be assigned at tables. When you purchase your tickets next Friday, December 5th at the Concierge Desk, you’ll be asked to choose your seat(s). Please bring every guest’s name in your group so we can assign seats accordingly. Don’t forget to note any dietary restrictions for each guest at registration.

First Course
Mixed greens with Mandarin oranges, goat cheese, pecans, shaved red onions, and a Champagne citrus vinaigrette
Second Course
Petit Filet Oscar
Petit tenderloin Filet topped with Jumbo Lump crabmeat and Bearnaise sauce, with Duchesse potatoes and roasted asparagus.
Third Course
New York style cheesecake, raspberry coulis, fresh berries, Chantilly cream
