The Annual Meeting of The Cascades of Groveland Homeowners’ Association, Inc. will be called to order on Thursday, November 14, 2024, at 3:00 PM. It will be held in the Event Center in the Magnolia House, 100 Falling Acorn Ave., Groveland, FL 34736. 

The purpose of this meeting will be for:

1.      The election of four (4) Directors to the Board of Directors for terms of two years each.

2.      The conducting of any and all other Association business to properly come before the members.

Should you wish to be a candidate for one of the four (4) Director positions, you may submit a one (1) page resume or a single sided 8 ½ x 11” information sheet with a font no smaller than 10 pt. describing your background and qualifications. A Meet the Candidates Night will be held on Thursday, October 17 at 5:00 PM in the Event Center.
